Strandparken is a beach park covering seven kilometres from Brøndby over Vallensbæk and Ishøj to Greve. You find clean white sand and beautiful countryside over the entire distance and in the sea and lakes you may swim, surf, sail or paddle in a kayak. If you like freshwater fishing you may visit Hakkemosen, Hedeland, St. Vejleå and Vallensbæk Mose. St. Vejleå also offers the possibility of coastal fishing. On Vallensbæk Vandskisø you may try waterskiing. Contact Vallensbæk Vandskiklub. Vallensbæk Sejlklubs Sejladscenter arranges Sail Events in Match 28 racing yachts for groups from 6 to 60 persons. 		There are four marinas in Vestegnen. Brøndby, Hvidovre, Ishøj and Vallensbæk. They have all facilities of a modern marina as well as places to eat.
